UET Leader – Fair Transition and Employability: Training to lead teams
Grupo Antolin, a Spanish with international presence, has launched the "UET Leader" project, which aims to provide comprehensive training for the figure of the UET (Elementary Work Unit) leader for the excellent management of teams through a training plan in technical skills and competencies.
Using a very dynamic and digital format, the training programme focuses on the knowledge that a leader must have in terms of processes, technology and safety, as well as training in management and leadership skills.
The project is part of the Upskillg4future programme of Forética, CSR Eruope and JP Morgan, which is aligned with SDG 8 and SDG 17.
The figure of the UET Leader can be complemented by the figure of the Sustainable Apprentice Ambassador as a leader of sustainable processes in different areas within the company.
