Sintesi Project
SintThe SINTESI model has the strategic objective of reconnecting the training of apprentices to the world of work by recreating a constructive link between employers, apprentices and the public training offer; for this Sintesi intercepts and involves many trade associations, offers many venues for carrying out training activities, facilitating the movement of apprentices between the workplace and the training center; opens up to a flexible training offer that is very varied in terms of topics and methods of development.
The goal of the project is to ensure continuity of work for trainees by taking care of their growth as people, as citizens, also taking care of their well-being as workers. The proposed training offer contains 170 short TRAINING UNITS that can be included in the integrated training plan of the apprentice in accordance with his school level and national contract of reference.
