Legislation on Vocational Education

The purpose of this Legislations; to regulate the principles regarding the training of apprentices, journeymen and masters, and vocational training to be carried out in schools, higher education institutions and businesses. The Legislation covers education and training in the professions to be determined by the Council of Higher Education and the Vocational Education Board, institutions, organizations and workplaces belonging to the public and private sector, and vocational and technical education schools and institutions.
