Growing energy project (Energie per crescere)
The energy transition that will guide Italy in the coming years towards an increasingly electrified and "carbon free" infrastructure requires new professionals. With the “Energie per Crescere” Program, Enel is committed to training young people who can be hired as specialized electrical workers in its partner companies.
The project, launched in February in collaboration with Elis, aims at training 5,500 new operators within the next two years, to meet the needs of the market which will require more and more specialized figures in the field of energy transition.
100 companies have currently applied to participate in the program: tehy are both small companies and large consortia. The numbers are destined to rise throughout the national territory in the face of an audience of approximately 250 potentially interested suppliers.
