This document is the third and last in a series of good practice publications on Education for Sustainable Development. The document addresses the Caring for the Planet International Youth Conference (CONFINT) in which young people from all over the world participate and contribute ideas and initiatives to overcome the social and environmental crisis through an interactive process. CONFINT mobilises and engages young people from different localities, regions, countries and continents to analyse and discuss, with the rest of the educational community, the main current socio-environmental challenges and, therefore, the SDGs. It is a process of learning construction in which young people meet, discuss the main socio-environmental problems, link them to the SDGs, assume responsibilities, develop actions to address the chosen issues and elect representatives who will communicate the agreed ideas in different spaces of exchange.
